What We Do

In our corporate practice, we amongst other things represent directors and shareholders in both private and public listed companies on breach of duties, oppressive conduct, capital markets matter, provide advisory to shareholders and directors on the reduction of risks on a corporate level, and the drafting of corporate agreements such as partnership and shareholders' agreement.

In our commercial practice, we represent clients in contractual matters, neglience, breach of trust and fiduciary obligation, commercial fraud, provide advisory to business owners, associations, joint managements bodies/corporation and consumers, and the drafting of commercial agreements.

In our start-up practice, we understand the concerns and advice needed for entrepreneurs especially in relation to their shareholding structure, management structure, investment structure, and regulatory compliance. We represent and assist our clients in dealing with these issues so that they are able to concentrate on what matters the most, growing their start-up.
